Zero conductors are not available everywhere in Brussels.
Vehicles such as a Renault Zoe or a Smart ForTwo need a neutral conductor if you want to charge it.

How do I start charging?
1.
Hold your charging card in front of the card reader or use the Spot2Charge app
2.
Insert the plug into the vehicle socket
3.
Connect the cable to the charging station
4.
Charging has started
How do I stop charging?
1.
Hold your charging card in front of the card reader or use the EVcharge app
2.
Disconnect the cable from the charging station
3.
Remove the plug from the vehicle socket
4.
Charging has stopped
